- There is inadequate Resident & Guest Parking
- The Construction is Obvious but aside from the noise and traffic the community isn't properly drained. there is dirty standing water everywhere. Did I mention Noise?
- There is NO Rush to move here. Wait until the community is complete. There are incomplete amenities that you pay for. No kid or dog area as yet. The gym and Pool are nice but that's really all the community has going for it right now.
- I would tell anyone considering this community if you're not getting a unit with a Garage Don't come here unless you enjoy fighting for someplace to park.
- Cell Phone Reception is nearly non-existent inside your home. Verizon is 1 bar at best. The only place i don't get a response from "Can You Hear me know" is when at Altis in Coconut Creek.
- No Comcast. Hope you like ATT Uverse. SLOW Internet
- Not that its different from other Apartments these days but be prepared to pay for garbage pickup which doesn't pickup over the weekend and pet deposit.
Final Thought. if you're not in a rush to move i would absolutely not move here until the place is done. When it comes time to move and if you want to consider Altis you should find out if these issues have been remedied. Don't know how they fix parking but at least the other points.
